Please note, delivery methods selected at checkout are once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Orders require up to five working days in production, which can be delayed dependant on stock levels and complexity of the decoration. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery timescale is managed by our couriers. Any delays or delivery issues after dispatch cannot be controlled by Black Mountain but we will endeavour to help where possible.
