Please note, delivery methods selected at checkout are once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
As all products are made to order, orders require 10 to 12 working days in production, which can be delayed dependant on stock levels and complexity of the decoration. If you have any concerns, please email info@black-mountain.co.uk with your order number.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery timescale is managed by our couriers. Any delays or delivery issues after dispatch cannot be controlled by Black Mountain but we will endeavour to help where possible.
